Manga and Geek Lovers Dream

So I have found the most awesome thing this year. I was in my local Barnes and Noble store looking for a calendar and came across this calculus book, but upon closer inspection it turns out to manga and not only that a book from a series.  It is a Manga book series  that teaches you Calculus, Statistics, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and my more. I am absolutely in love and drooling. The name of this most marvelous series you ask The Manga Guide to... http://nostarch.com/mg_calculus.htm The one I found was The Manga Guide to Calculus along with The Manga Guide to Statistics . I also found the whole series on Amazon.com for a cheaper price than Barnes and Noble in Stores. Also on Amazon they consider it a textbook and is part of the Buy Back program so you can get some of you money back. If you go to the publishers website, Nostarch press, they offer you a free ebook with purchase, so there are a lot of options. I lik...

New Things That I have Found

So I have realized that I am not keeping so up to date on this blog but hopefully that will change I am trying.  But boy have I been busy this past month. Also all this packing has reaffirmed my stance on simplistic living. I do not want anything in my house that does not have a good reason or purpose for being there. Decoration for decor...

Welcome to my starting line

Well this is my first real blog post which is ironic because I have had this blog set up for over a year now. I just was not sure as to what I actually wanted to turn this blog into or what I really wanted to blog about. A little while after I had set this blog up I had designed a few webisites dealing with language learning and the molding and forming of ideas into a final product. Well while those both were really good projects, neither one really looked and felt right, they just were not good enough. Well, one of my friends had suggested that I do a blog to get the idea out there and see how it goes and see what responses I get. It has been  a year but I am finally putting his advice into action.   I really would like to use this blog to test out my idea about intuitive grammer learning mostly relating to social communication and the process that I really found helpful in taking several different ideas buzzing in my head and taki...
